Right click game in steam library and select "properties" and click "set launch options" and enter -dev -nomovies.
Place "heavymetal.sga" (Needed) and "GameAttrib.sga" (Optional if mod not loading) in Drive:\Steam\steamapps\common\Dawn of War 2 Retribution\GameAssets\Archives folder.
Place "DOW2" Module file in Drive:\Steam\steamapps\common\Dawn of War 2 Retribution folder and overwrite when asked.
Place "Data" in Drive:\Steam\steamapps\common\Dawn of War 2 Retribution\GameAssets folder and overwrite if asked.
Suggest deleting game and have steam reinstall.
Increased Item Count and/or Infinite Uses.
